On Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at approximately 10:14 am, Mr. Robert Leroi Wiggins was stabbed and killed in the 300 block of 37th Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
