On Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at approximately 5:16 pm, Melvin Joshua Williams was shot and killed in the rear of the 2300 block of Ainger Place, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident. Ref.: CCN #15-115-778.
