On Thursday, May 28, 2015, at approximately 8:51 am, Mr. Pedro Melendez-Alvarado was shot and killed on I-295 Northbound, at Exit 1, SW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
