Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District announces an arrest has been made in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in the 600 block of N Street, Northwest.
At approximately 3:00 pm, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded property from the victim. The victim complied and the suspects then fled the scene.
On Wednesday, January 4, 2023, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 12-year-old juvenile male, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
