On Saturday, August 30, 2008, at approximately 1:20 am, Gemell Williams, aka “Lucky,” was shot and killed in the 500 block of Newcomb Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
This case is being investigated by the department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch.
