On Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at approximately 11:58 pm, Mr. Semaj Alsobrooks was shot and killed in the 3900 block of East Capitol Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
