Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Robbery of an Establishment offense that occurred on Friday, February 22, 2019, in the 3900 block of Benning Road, Northeast.
At approximately 10:00 pm, three suspects entered an establishment at the listed location. One of the suspects approached an employee and made demands to open the register. The employee complied. The suspects then fled the scene with US currency and merchandise.
On Friday, February 22, 2019, 29-year-old Brandon Devaughn of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Robbery.
This case remains under investigation.
