Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Second District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Thursday, February 14, 2019, in the 2200 block of M Street, Northwest.
At approximately 4:55 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect then brandished a knife and attempted to stab the victim. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim sustained no injuries.
