On Thursday, July 19, 2012 at approximately 7:00 pm, members of the MPD’s First District responded to a call about a shooting in the unit block of Q Street, NW. When they arrived they found Hayes Osei Dennis suffering from an apparent stab wound.
On Thursday, June 14, 2012, between the hours of 5:00 and 6:00 am, Hae Soon Lim, the store owner of “Grace’s Deli,” known to patrons and friends as “Miss June,” was the victim of a robbery and was subsequently found shot to death inside of 701 H Street, NE.
