On Thursday, May 27, 2021, at approximately 4:29 pm, Mr. Bret Desmarteau was shot and killed in the 100 block of Sheridan Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on June 23, 2021.
