Suspect Sought in an Armed Robbery (Knife) Offense: Unit Block of Riggs Road, Northeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to an Armed Robbery (Knife) offense that occurred on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, in the Unit block of Riggs Road, Northeast.

At approximately 3:45 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a knife and took the victim’s property. The suspect then fled the scene.

The suspect was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the video below
