(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to an Armed Robbery (Knife) of an Establishment offense that occurred on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, in the 1400 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northeast.
At approximately 3:30 am, the suspect entered an establishment at the listed location. The suspect brandished a knife and demanded US currency. The employee complied and the suspect fled the scene.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
