Person of Interest Sought in a Kidnapping Offense: 400 Block of 13th Street, Northeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division seek the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to a Kidnapping offense that occurred on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in the 400 block of 13th Street, Northeast.

 

Between 9:50 pm and 11:25 pm, the suspect detained the victim against their will, inside of a residence, at the listed location. During the offense, the suspect assaulted the victim and took US currency from the victim. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
