Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to two Robbery of Establishment offenses that occurred in the Second District.
On Sunday, January 20, 2019, at approximately 6:37 pm, the suspect entered an establishment located in the 4400 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest. Once inside, the suspect approached an employee with an object and demanded US currency. The employee complied. The suspect then fled the scene. CCN: 19-011-465
On Thursday, January 24, 2019, at approximately 8:50 pm, the suspect entered an establishment located in the 4400 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest. Once inside, the suspect approached an employee and demanded US currency. The employee complied. The suspect then fled the scene. CCN: 19-013-964
On Saturday, January 26, 2019, 50-year-old Scotlund Thomas Haisley, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with two counts of Robbery of an Establishment.
