On Sunday, June 27, 2010, at approximately 2:30 am, Victor C. Mba-Jonas, Jr. was shot in the 2500 block of 17th Street, NW. On Monday, July 19, 2010, Mr. Mba-Jonas died of his injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
