Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sexual Assault Unit have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse offense that occurred on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, in the 4800 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 7:19 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect engaged in sexual contact with the victim and then fled the scene.
On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, 51 year-old Jackson Vincent Briscoe, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse.
