Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying four suspects in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Thursday, August 1, 2019, in the Unit Block of E Street, Northwest.
At approximately 9:30 pm, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. The suspects snatched property from the victim then fled the scene.
