Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District Environmental Crimes Unit announce an arrest has been made in reference to an Illegal Dumping offense that occurred on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, in the 4000 block of E Street, Southeast.
At approximately 1:37 pm, the suspect illegally dumped over 1000 tires at the listed location.
On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 56-year-old Deron Winston McDonald, of Alexandria, VA, was arrested and charged with an Illegal Dumping offense.
