Description
On Saturday, October 2, 2004, at approximately 12:12 am, Jerome Humphries was shot to death while in a vehicle in the 5100 block of East Capitol Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
