On Thursday, December 8, 2016, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Mr. Victor Anthony Bolden was shot and killed in the 600 block of Nicholson Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
