On Monday, January 19, 2015, at approximately 1:59 pm, Mr. Kevin Owens was shot and killed in the 3400 block of 13th Place, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on January 23, 2015. For details, see the news release.
