On , Monday, April 30, 2007, at approximately 9:59 pm, Jahru Gathers was shot while inthe 3900 block of Clay Street, NE. He was taken to a hospital, where he died on June 2, 2007. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
