- 5th Street from Morse Street to Neal Place, NE
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., the following street will be closed to vehicle traffic:
- 5th Street from Morse Street to Penn Street, NE
- Neal Place from 4th Street to 5th Street, NE

The public should expect parking restrictions along the street and should be guided by the posted emergency no parking signage. All vehicles that are parked in violation of the emergency no parking signs will be ticketed and towed.
