On December 1st, the Metropolitan Police Department was notified that an arbitrator had determined that the publication of the Use of Force Review Board’s findings and decisions on MPD’s website violated the District’s personnel rules. As a result, MPD removed all Use of Force Review Board findings from the department’s website.
