On Friday, August 14, 1992, Mr. Marcus Lee Smith was found in the woods near the intersection of 27th Street and Texas Avenue, SE. He had been the victim of a homicide-shooting. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
