Arrests Made in Robbery (Force and Violence) Offenses in the First and Third Districts

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First and Third Districts and Agents from the FBI’s Washington Field Office have announced two arrests have been made in reference to Robbery (Force and Violence) offenses that occurred at the following locations:

 

  • Robbery (Force and Violence): 400 Block of F Street, Northwest: On Thursday, February 6, 2020, at approximately 6:15 am, members of the First District responded to the listed location for an injured person. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. After further investigation by Detectives, it was determined that the victim was assaulted by the suspects and property was taken. CCN: 20-022-389

 

  • Robbery (Force and Violence): 500 Block of E Street, Northwest: On Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at approximately 7:30 am, one suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property. Two suspects then fled the scene. CCN: 20-025-941

 

  • Robbery (Force and Violence): 2200 Block of 14th Street, Northwest: On Thursday, February 13, 2020, at approximately 7:30 pm, one suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property. Two suspects then fled the scene. CCN: 20-027-067

 

On Friday, February 21, 2020, 19 year-old Christian Lopez-Lucca and 20 year-old Olivia Dansby, both of no fixed address, were arrested and charged with three counts of Robbery (Force and Violence) for the above offenses.
