Circumstance:

While conducting a house search in upper Georgetown for a wanted double murderer. The suspect, Humphrey Taylor, was hiding in an attic when Sergeant Passau passed by. Sgt. Passau was shot twice in the back and killed.

After hours in a barricade situation, the suspect finally surrendered.
