On Monday, February 29, 2016, at approximately 4:19 pm, Mr. Adam Edwin Barker was shot in the 2700 block of Langston Place SE. On Tuesday March 1, 2016, Mr. Barker succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
