On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at approximately 1:00 pm, Cortez Clark was found stabbed to death in the 300 block of Parkland Place, SE. Mr. Clark had been missing from his home in Maryland since October 10, 2015. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
