On Friday, August 7, 2015, at approximately 12:48 am, Charles Burton was shot while in the 3200 block of 23rd Street, SE. He died a short time later as a result of his wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
