Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District are seeking the community’s help to locate a suspect in a robbery.
On Friday, May 10, 2024, at approximately 4:18 p.m., officers were dispatched to the report of a robbery in the 1400 block of Irving Street, Northwest. The victim reported that the suspect approached him, implied he had a weapon, and demanded property. The victim complied and the suspect fled with the victim’s property.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
