Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District announce a man has been arrested after burglarizing an occupied home in the 1900 block of Summit Place, Northeast.
On Monday, November 6, 2023, at approximately 2:25 am, the residents were awakened by an unknown adult male breaking into their home. The suspect was arrested by responding officers.
49-year-old Charles Minnis of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Burglary One.
