Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in the 600 block of D Street, Southwest.
At approximately 3:40 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched property from the victim then fled the scene.
