Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Saturday, July 29, 2023, in the 3400 block of 14th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 5:00 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched property from the victim then fled the scene.
