On Saturday, August 5, 2023, at approximately 1:01 am, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 2500 block of Ontario Road, NW, where they found three shooting victims. Two of the victims, James Morgan and Jamal Morgan died on the scene. The third victim, Vincent Martin, was transported to an area hospital, where he succumed to his injuries and was pronounced on Monday, August 7, 2023. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
