On Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at approximately 10:00 pm, a lone male entered the Subway Liquor Store, located at 500 K Street, NW, and apparently became involved in an argument with the store owner over the sale of merchandise.
On Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at approximately 12:07 am, Marvin Jackson was shot and killed in the 600 block of Q Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.

On Saturday, May 12, 2007, at approximately 11:36 pm, Brittney Hall was sitting in a parked vehicle in the 1300 block of Taylor Street, NW, when shots were apparently fired at the vehicle. She was struck in the neck and transported to an area hospital.

On Thursday, May 3, 2007, at approximately 1:30 am, Kevin Darnell Caldwell was shot and killed while a passenger in a vehicle at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Illinois Avenue, NW.
On , Monday, April 30, 2007, at approximately 9:59 pm, Jahru Gathers was shot while inthe 3900 block of Clay Street, NE. He was taken to a hospital, where he died on June 2, 2007.
