Description
On Sunday, January 25, 2004 at approximately 1:39 am, Jockquel “Black” Davis was shot to death in the 1600 block of W Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
