Timothy Forte Spicer - Homicide Victim
Saturday, November 17, 2007
On Saturday, November 17, 2007, at approximately 9:13 pm, Timothy Forte Spicer was found in front of 1101 Howard Road, SE (Anacostia Metro) suffering from a gunshot wound. The shooting may have occurred during the course of an armed carjacking. His vehicle (pictured above) was later recovered a short distance away from the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
