Phillip Palmer - Homicide Victim

On Sunday, October 5, 2008, at approximately 1:40 am, Phillip Palmer was found shot to death in the 3300 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.

This case is being investigated by the Department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch.
