Delfa Hercules - Homicide Victim

On Friday, October 10, 2008, at approximately 6:30 am, Delfa Hercules was stabbed in the 1700 block of 3rd St., NW and collapsed in front of 230 Florida Avenue, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
