On Thursday, August 14, 2008, at approximately 10 am, Nolan T. Cooper and Johnquan D. Wright were found suffering from gunshot wounds in the unit block of K Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
