On Monday, August 8, 2011, at approximately 6:15 am, Barbara Lloyd (formerly Jane Doe, AKA “Eman Mohammed”) was found suffering from multiple fatal stab wounds in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
