Warrant Issued for Additional Suspect in Jon Allen Jr. Homicide - UPDATE: Suspect Arrested

At approximately 1:15 pm, on Saturday, December 31, 2005, 15-year-old Jon Allen Jr., of the 3300 block of 14th Place, SE, was shot and killed while in the 3400 block of 13th Place, SE.   He died later that night as a result of his injury.

Earlier this month, two suspects were charged with Murder One in connection with this case.


Now, the Metropolitan Police Department's Violent Crimes Branch has obtained an arrest warrant charging Steven Robinson, aka Michael Moore, with Murder One while Armed in connection with the death of Jon Allen Jr. Steven Robinson is described as a 25-year-old black male, medium complexion, 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He is further described as having brown eyes and black hair. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who observes him should take no direct action, but should call police at (202) 727-9099 or 9-1-1.


The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
