Metropolitan Police Department will periodically invite the immediate family members of open homicide cases to join us for a special personal meeting with a homicide detective. Officials from the Homicide will be available to discuss the current status of the case. Meetings are open ONLY to the decedent’s immediate family members or their designee. All attendees must provide photo identification. To schedule an appointment, contact the Family Liaison Specialists Unit.
