**Updated with Video** Suspect Sought in a Robbery (Force & Violence) Offense: 3800 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast

Detectives with the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating a person of interest in reference to a Robbery (Force & Violence) offense that occurred in the 3800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast on Friday, November 3, 2017.

 

At approximately 12:41 pm, the victim was in a parking lot at the listed location. The suspect grabbed the victim around the neck from behind. The suspect took the victim’s property then fled on foot.
