Suspects Sought in a Robbery Force and Violence: 900 Block of Barnaby Street, SE

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects in connection with a robbery force and violence.

On Saturday, October 6, 2012 at approximately 7:05 pm, two suspects followed the victim in the 900 block of Barnaby Street, SE where he was assaulted and his groceries and US currency were taken.

The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’5”-5’6” in height, last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and white Nike shoes, and having a close hair cut. 

The second suspect is described as a black male approximately 5’5”-5’6” in height, last seen wearing a black jacket and black shoes.

Anyone with information that can assist in the identification of the suspects is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
