Suspects Sought in Robbery: 1300 Block of V Street, NW

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects in connection with a robbery which occurred in the 1300 block of V Street, NW.

On Sunday, October 28, 2012, at approximately 12:55 am, two suspects approached the victim in the 1300 block of V Street, NW.  One of the suspects forced the victim to the ground and stole US currency and other personal property.  The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot in the 1300 block of V Street, NW.

Suspect 1: Black male, dark complexion, wearing a blue and white jacket.

Suspect 2: Black male, dark complexion, wearing a black jacket.

Anyone with information that can assist in the identification of this subject is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
