Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to an Unarmed Bank Robbery, which occurred on Monday, March 12, 2018, at the United Bank located in the 1700 block of K Street, Northwest.
At approximately 1:52 pm, the suspect entered the bank at the listed location. Once inside, he approached the teller and passed a note demanding money. The teller complied and the suspect fled with US currency.

The Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, DC is currently offering a reward up to $5,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a bank robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
