Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Friday, July 19, 2019, in the 1400 block of U Street, Northwest.
At approximately 10:11 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched property from the victim then fled the scene.
