Suspect Sought in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) Offense: 1600 Block of 31st Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, in the 1600 Block of 31st Street, Northwest.


At approximately 6:48 pm, the victim entered a vehicle at the listed location. While inside of the vehicle, the suspect brandished a knife and began to stab the victim. The victim was able to exit the vehicle and sought medical attention at an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
